I have been eyeing this advent calendar since the beginning of the Christmas season. However, when we saw the price of $29.99, we were hoping that this beautiful item would stick around after Christmas.
When we went to Target three days after Christmas, there it was! What I love about this advent calendar is that each drawer can hold up to three candies and the height is greater than 12 inches. So imagine little me carrying out this advent that is bigger than my torso, lets just say I was super happy!

Snow Globe

The new trend in Christmas is the red truck with the Christmas tree on top. When I saw this medium sized snow globe with the cute red truck, it was had to ignore. The nicest part of this globe is that the red truck lights us and provides such a relaxing ambiance.
String Lights

One item that I really wanted to invest in was lights that can be placed in different types of glass (i.e., clear vases, mason jars, etc). I got really lucky when I found this LED fairy string lights. The perk of this item is the ability to use it throughout the year.

The day after Christmas, I went to Target and bought three mini boxes of fairy lights. I now have them displayed throughout my kitchen. My daughter asked me to keep them up all year and I said ” Of course” those tiny lights look so pretty twisted around everything. I especially like how they can be set to a timer. I invested on some rechargeable batteries so I don’t have to keep buying batteries. Love bargain shopping and Fairy lights.
